The jacket is constructed using handwoven denim which is panelled with camo jacquard fabric with distressed and patchwork detailing. The choice of fabrication is a hint at the historical adulteration of the Pakistani press at the hands of those in positions of absolute power. The black and white patch on the back is a reinterpretation of Abdul Rahim Nagori’s 1984 art piece, “The king of clubs”.
