- Our return/exchange window is 30 days. To be eligible for the 30-day return and exchange criteria, YOU MUST send out the package back to us within this timeframe , this time begins from the MOMENT your order has been delivered to you. For instance, if you contact us on day 30 but send out the return package on day 34, YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE RETURN/EXCHANGE. If a chargeback is issued for such cases, we will present our shipping and return policy to your bank, highlighting that you were informed of this policy.
